The Development

Boquete Country Club is an exclusive residential community located at a five minute distance from downtown Boquete. The community of Boquete Country Club sits atop a 3,600 ft. highland plateau and its natural topography, descending from north to south, strategically positions all home sites, condominiums, and villas with views to the Pacific Ocean and Barú Volcano. The community of Boquete Country Club includes 135 residential home sites of between 10,760 ft2 – 21,520 ft2 (1,000 m2 – 2,000 m2), 18 small condominium lots and some commercial areas to provide basic services to the community.

Boquete Country Club enjoys a prime location on the road to Palmira (Ruta Sur). This road is currently being extended to Poterillos Arriba to connect with Cuesta de Piedra just below the town of Volcan and Cerro Punta, facilitating easier travel around the highland areas of Chiriquí.

Boquete Country Club’s natural topography, descending from north to south, strategically positions all home sites, condominiums, villas and homes with respect to views of the Pacific Ocean and Barú Volcano as well as the rising and setting of the sun.
